The Walking Dead Scores 3 Tech Emmy Nominations

Unfortunately, The Walking Dead has not received any nominations in the major categories of the 2012 Emmy Awards.  While the Drama Series / Actor / Actress / Direction / Writing categories all have very strong contenders, it would have been great to see The Walking Dead get a nod as well. 

The Walking Dead did pull in nominations in three technical catgories - Prosthetic Makeup, Sounding Editing and Special Visual Effects.

Despite this limitation, AMC has nothing to complain it as both Mad Men and Breaking Bad did very well, scoring 17 and 13 nominations respectively.
