Martin Scorsese's RAGING ZOMBIES

Well, that's one film title we'll never see.

It turns out that Scorsese is more of a vampire man than a zombiephile.  In their latest issue, he revealed to GQ that he preferred vampires because you could at least have a conversation with them.  Can't argue with that.

"I mean the undead thing... Zombies, what are you going to do with them? Just keep chopping them up, shooting at them, shooting at them. It's a whole other thing that apparently means a great deal to our culture and our society. There are many, many books written about it and many movies. I saw one in London when I was doing Hugo. I saw one late at night one weekend. It was called Colin, by a young filmmaker [Marc Price]. He shot it, I think, digitally by himself, edited it himself. It was savage. It had an energy that took the zombie idea to another level. Really interesting filmmaking. Disturbing."

The Zombie Defense Kit (with Zombie Max ammo, of course)

The guys at Guns4USA.com are taking the zombie apocalypse very seriously:

"Whether they’re shambling like they did in the Romero originals or sprinting as in Zack Snyder’s "Dawn of the Dead" remake, zombies have consistently shown a deep aversion to bullets or blades to the brain! While you might not ever need one, it’s a good thing guns4usa.com offers a zombie survival kit for sale in addition to their wide range of firearms accessories online.

Build your own your Zombie Defense Kit with Hornady Zombie Max ammunition, gruesomely illustrated paper targets by Birchwood Casey and Crosman, and firearm optics for undead target acquisition in the most stressful situation imaginable- The End Of The World As We Know It (TEOTWAWKI)! Because any experienced zombie hunter knows the importance of conserving ammo and not attracting any more undead attention with gunfire, a wide variety of durable knives are also available.

Hornady Zombie Max (or Z-Max) Ammo is available in 9mm Luger 115gr, .40 S&W 165gr, .45 Auto 185gr, .223 Remington 55gr, 7.62x39 123gr, .308 Winchester 168gr, and 12 gauge Z-SHOT for the scattergun enthusiast who leaves nothing to chance! Hornady is careful to remind shooters that, while colorfully packaged and playfully promoted, their Zombie Max ammunition is not a toy and every live round can kill the living just as easily as the walking dead."

Anyone else picturing Shane as their perfect spokesman?
