Uwe Boll Lets Fans Know What He Really Thinks of Them, Crowdfunding, and Hollywood

After the failure of his Kickstarter campaign to raise funds for Rampage 3: No Mercy, Uwe Boll, the infamous director of House of the Dead, and producer of Zombie Massacre aka Apocalypse Z, and Zombie Massacre 2: Reich of the Dead, went on a YouTube rant to let everyone know what he really thinks about the crowdfunding process and the fans who participate in it.

The title of the first video, "f--ck you all," should let you know that this is all NSFW.

Kickstarter: Under The Flesh #1

It's time to break out the wallet to help kickstart Under The Flesh, a new zombie comic book that the creator is describing as "a Grindhouse mashup of Captain America, Y: The Last Man, and The Walking Dead."

It looks like they put a lot of blood, sweat, and tears into completing the first issue, both literally and figuratively, and now they need a little help in getting it printed.

"UTF is set in a post-apocalyptic world. It's a gritty blast of sex, horror, sci-fi, and dabbles in various sub-themes like evolution, spirituality, and transhumanism. A comic that strays away from the traditional viral story by accentuating a premeditated reason behind the virus, as opposed to leaving the origin of the outbreak as a common question mark. The pathogen also presents a rather unique trait: it only infects males!"

Under The Flesh was created and written by Gilbert Deltres and illustrated and lettered by J.L.Giles.

You can check out the Under The Flesh pitch on Kickstarter and follow them on Facebook and Twitter.

Kickstarter: The Map Of Zombies

Want to see "a vintage medical illustration-style poster identifying over 350 different zombie types from movies, books, games & more" come into reality?

Then you've got four days to jump on board Jason B. Thompson's Kickstart campaign to fund the The Map of Zombies.

"The Map of Zombies will be a 24"x36" poster (the same size as my H.P. Lovecraft's Dreamlands poster map) that takes you on a tour of every imaginable type of zombie in a visual format. Drawn in the style of a vintage medical chart, it identifies over 350 different types of zombies from horror movies, books, video games, comics, manga and TV shows."

The project has already blown past its $1,000 goal and currently has $5,825 in pledges waiting to be funded. There is a $1 minimum pledge to back this project.
